I am very pleased to describe the potential of Power Feet.

Power Feet changes the common methods of training the drummer’s lower limbs encouraging the subject to train with his drum as a gym. That gives a triple advantage:

1) Improvement of technical movement at home;

2) Great "warm-up" solution to avoid tendinitis, muscle strains, etc.;

3) It encourages good posture, helping to reduce problems from lumbago, neck pain and so on ...

Power Feet has been studied at three levels, each one progressively more resistant...

Step 1: increased sensitivity of the foot on the pedal, being able to vary muscle strength as desired, and develop good control even in a very low dynamic state. The ideal situation is to use it during rehearsals with your band;

Step 2: Targeted strengthening. Further develops the muscles by increasing muscle tone, strengthening the tendons and stabilizing the ankle joints;

Step 3: Provides great resistance to the lower limb; therefore providing a subjective assessment of the drummer’s posture. By maintaining correct posture, I can physically and mentally train with correct balance;




With Power Feet you are able to work all of the “hidden” muscles that we don’t think about using ( from the flexor allucis longus to the gluteus maximus…)


Having evaluated Power Feet with a series of scientific tests, we can really attest to the improvement in both technical movement and the learning process with an optimal efficiency. With such accurate testing and beginning with the study of balance, we can confirm that using Power Feet will increase both your power and stamina.

Technically speaking, Power Feet destabilizes the individual’s motor patterns creating new feedback ( the information returning from the movement) which forces the person to modify and reprogram the technical movement.

So, Power Feet is a workout for the drummer’s feet, mind, posture and senses.

Power Feet is made of special materials that speeds up and improves learning of the movement, providing the drummer all the necessary inputs for a proper training and strengthening. For this reason Power Feet is made of a tested plastic material without springs.
The main Power Feet objective is to train, re-educate and reset the movement directly on the drum avoiding boring and old exercises.

It is scientifically proved that Power Feet activates most muscles of the lower limbs, increasing significantly the recruitment of the single muscle fibres.

Many tests (electromyography surface, baro-pedometer platforms with sensors…) validated Power Feet theory:

Foot joint problems result if in the motion of “ striking” the bass drum, there is too much tension in the toes or in the foot overall.

The use of Power Feet is an obstacle to our brain, and it is common that when we move to find the right “volume”, we tend to use “more than necessary” number of muscle fibres ( given that Power Feet makes us use “new” and therefore weak muscles).

Using Power Feet, we will more specifically feel all the muscle fibres used when playing, which will allow them to control and strengthen only those muscles that must be used. Power Feet can therefore be used as a “trainer” to re-educate our technical movement and be the main starting point for a new and fundamental conservation of energy. Great goals can thus be achieved : to play really fast, with very little effort!
